From Exes to Allies
Transform your co-parenting relationship
Two Homes. One Family.
A radical, spiritual approach to co-parenting—vision first, then practice: clear agreements, compassionate communication, and rhythms that protect childhood.
Hope, healing, and a new vision for family—because divorce isn’t the end, it’s a beginning.
About
If you’re here, you might be feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in a difficult co-parenting dynamic. I know that place well—because I’ve lived it.
I’ve been through custody battles, broken communication, child welfare involvement, rigid agreements, unsafe situations, and the heartbreak of wondering if things would ever get better. Like many parents, I was told to just “grey rock,” “parallel parent,” or “wait until the kids turn 18.” But none of that brought real peace.
Over time, through trial, therapy, research, and sheer determination, my family found another way. Today, I have a thriving co-parenting relationship—my ex-husband’s wife is like a sister to me, and together we’ve built a blended family that works. It wasn’t easy, but it’s proof that transformation is possible.
I bring that lived experience together with my professional background as a social worker, child welfare scholar, and years of training in communication and healing practices. My mission is to help parents like you move beyond survival mode and build a healthier, more collaborative way of being family.
If it was possible for us, it’s possible for you. Let’s begin.

Notes & ethics
This work complements—not replaces—legal, therapeutic, or safety resources. If there’s abuse or coercive control, we prioritize protection first.
From conflict to clarity.
Process
When you work with me, I want you to feel calm, supported, and clear about what comes next. Here’s the flow you can expect:
1. Explore options
Start with what feels doable: a digital guide, a workbook, or joining a Circle or community practice. These are simple, low-lift ways to bring more calm and clarity into your family life.
2. Choose container
Digital Resources: quick, self-paced support (cheat sheets, guides, workbooks).
Communities & Circles: live group spaces for learning, connection, and support.
Intensives (limited): a high-touch 1:1 option if you’re in crisis or need VIP focus.
3. Do the work
Whether you’re using a guide on your own or showing up in community, the tools are designed to be practical, compassionate, and real. You’ll learn peace practices, repair frameworks, and rhythms you can use right away.
4. Keep Building
Stay connected in Peace Practice, return to Circles when a new season begins, or deepen your foundation through Anchor Your Foundation. If and when a high-touch moment arises, the Intensive is here for you.
1. Explore
Your path to peace and collaboration begins here.
I suggest starting small. Change begins with a single, actionable step. Little, immediate wins lead to big payoffs over time — and they’re far easier to sustain than overhauling everything at once. Small wins, little habits… these are what build the trust and rhythm your family needs.
Quick Wins
✨ Cheat Sheets ($7–$17)
✨ eBooks / Mini-Guides ($17–$37)
✨ Workbooks ($27–$47)
2. Choose
You don’t have to do this alone.
Once you’re ready for more, step into spaces where you can practice together, learn new tools, and feel supported by others who get it. These group containers give you connection and consistency without overwhelming your schedule.
Connection + Practice
✨Peace Practice (Membership, $47–$97/month)
✨Circles & Community (4–6 weeks, $197–$297)
3. work
When you’re ready for a deeper reset.
Sometimes families need more than small steps or group connection — they need to stop, re-center, and create a shared vision. This is where we put it all on the table, clarify your “North Star,” and design rhythms that hold steady through the hard moments.
Structured Reset
✨Anchor Your Foundation (2-session Vision Intensive, $997)
4. build
Support when the stakes are high.
Most families won’t need this often — but when it all blows up, or when you want VIP-level attention, a high-touch option is available. Together we triage, reset, and create guardrails so tension doesn’t calcify into story.
High-Touch (Limited Availability)
✨1:1 Intensive (Single Session, $297–$497)
